Who is this support for?

Young people aged 15+ who might be feeling stuck, low on confidence, unmotivated, or unsure about their next steps, and want a space to talk things through and build a clearer path forward.

What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?

Coaching helps young people set goals, reflect on their thinking, and take action.
Mentoring brings in a bit more guidance, tools, and encouragement when it’s needed. We blend both, based on what’s most helpful for each person.

FAQs

Can I (as a parent) be involved in the sessions?

Parents are welcome to join the discovery call. After that, we work directly with the young person — it’s their space. We’ll always respect their privacy, while making sure you feel informed and reassured.

Do you work with schools or organisations?

Yes, we can deliver tailored programmes in partnership with local services, schools, or youth organisations. Please contact us to discuss how we could work together.

Is it like therapy or counselling?

Not quite. Coaching is forward-focused and practical, not clinical. It’s about building self-belief, motivation, and clarity, though emotional wellbeing is always part of the picture. If someone needs more specialist mental health support, we’ll help guide them to the right place.

How long do people usually work with you?

It depends. Some people benefit from just one or two sessions. Others might choose to work with us over a longer period. There’s no pressure, we’ll help you figure out what feels useful.
