Support that helps young people thrive
We’re a team of experienced coaches and mentors, here to guide young people through life’s challenges — with clarity, care, and practical support that makes a difference.
Our Vision
A world where every young person believes in their own potential, and feels equipped and empowered to shape their own future.
Our Mission
To provide accessible, individual workshops, coaching, mentoring and real-life experiences that help children and young people aged 10–25 build confidence, self-belief and practical skills for education, employment, enterprise and life - reaching those who need it most, including young people facing disadvantage or barriers to opportunity, and neurodivergent and homeschooled young people who benefit from different ways of learning and participating.

I know from experience that leaving school or stepping into adulthood isn’t always straightforward.
Today’s young people face more choices, more pressure and more noise than ever before. It can feel overwhelming, confusing or lonely. Sometimes the hardest part is simply believing in yourself.
I’m a qualified Coach, NLP Practitioner, Marketer and mum of two.
With over 20 years’ experience in business and leadership, I’ve coached and mentored many young people and professionals, helping them grow in confidence, find clarity and move forward with purpose.
As a parent, I also understand how challenging it can be to support young people at this stage of life.
Sometimes they don’t want to talk to those closest to them, and that’s where we can step in.
Through calm, supportive coaching, I offer a neutral space where young people can:
Build confidence and self-worth
Explore what matters to them
Identify their next step, whether that’s study, work or something new
Feel seen, heard and capable of creating their own path
My approach is warm, encouraging and down-to-earth. It’s focused on helping each young person believe in themselves and take practical steps toward their future.

For more than 25 years, I've worked in business and marketing, from senior roles in large organisations to running my own consultancy. Along the way, I've seen just how many of the skills we need in working life aren't necessarily learnt in a classroom.
I've also really enjoyed working with young people through local schools, helping with CV writing, interview practice and initiatives such as Dacorum’s Dragons' Apprentice. I love seeing what happens when young people are given the chance to try something for themselves and discover skills they perhaps didn't realise they had.
As a mum, I've also seen that education and the journey into adulthood don't always follow a straightforward path. My daughter was home educated for a period, which gave me a different perspective and reinforced my belief that there isn't one route that works for everyone.
I'm passionate about helping young people explore the possibilities open to them, particularly when they may not have easy access to professional networks or workplace experiences.
Through our programmes, I want to help young people:
Develop practical skills for the workplace
Experience real business challenges
Explore different careers and pathways
Discover enterprise and self-employment
Build confidence in what they have to offer
My approach is friendly, practical and very much about learning through doing, giving young people the opportunity to explore, experience and make informed choices about their future.

Debbie
Across more than 40 years, I've worked in a wide range of roles, the kind of career that takes more than 30 seconds to skim on a CV. That breadth has given me a deep well of skills, insight and adaptability that I bring into every role I take on, from flipping burgers in my first job, to treating traumatic injuries as a medic with the NHS London Ambulance Service.
I've since built strong foundations in office administration, gaining transferable skills in project, time and people management. My work in health and social care, supporting individuals of all ages with complex needs, has shaped my ability to offer encouragement, structure and practical support in any environment.
Today, I'm particularly motivated by the challenges facing young people. Securing an education, finding that first part-time job, and navigating an increasingly complex world can feel overwhelming. I want to help provide the guidance, stability and confidence young people need as they grow into adulthood.

“Our daughter had lost all motivation and didn’t seem like herself for a while. Since working with the team at Believe in Possible, we’ve noticed a real shift, she’s more energised, more engaged with day-to-day life, and generally in a better place. We’re really grateful for the support and care she’s received.”
