We believe every young person is brilliant. The work is helping them find out what their brilliance is.
Before they can figure out where they're going, they need to feel solid about who they are. That's what Believe in Possible is here for.
At the heart of our work is the Built to Believe Framework — an original emotional skills framework built around four core skills: Emotional Literacy, Emotional Regulation, Connection, and Self-Worth.
We work flexibly — building support shaped around your young people and your context, from a structured six-week coaching programme to bespoke support for the individuals you work with. We understand that organisations need to demonstrate impact. We work with you to align our approach to your outcomes and reporting requirements.
We currently work with young people aged 16–25, with plans to extend into younger age groups.
Suellen is an ICF accredited coach, EMCC member, INLPTA NLP Practitioner, and Yes Futures Licensed Coach.
If you're working with young people and want to talk about what's possible — we'd love to hear from you.

Our approach
We work with schools, colleges, universities, charities, and local authorities to give young people the emotional foundations they need to build confidence, find direction, and move forward. It's the work that happens before the careers advice, before the next steps — the bit that makes everything else possible.
Young people who don't believe in themselves don't attend, don't engage, and don't progress. Building those foundations isn't a nice-to-have — it's what makes everything else you're doing work.
