What is coaching?
It's not what you think.
Most people hear "coaching" and picture a sports field, a motivational speaker, or something you do when things have gone wrong. Coaching for young people is none of those things.
It's a conversation. A consistent, safe space where a young person gets to slow down, think about what they want, and explore what might be getting in the way — without pressure, without judgement, and without someone else's agenda.

Why it works
